A Giveaway comic made by Sinclair Oil back in 1950s that gives very important info on how to take care of your car's gas tank with RD 119. As you can see, the comic is in poor condition (the comic pages are all yellow and are a little dirty, and there is a page missing), but other then that you can still read it There is more information about this book at the bottom of the page

The artist here is maddeningly familiar. Has the Johnstone & Cushing look. One page looks like Sekowsky layouts, but not the whole book. Flessel? Someone I don't know? Certainly a DC look to the faces. Thought maybe Fujitani had a hand in it but his inks tended to be very precise whereas the inks here use a freer stroke. I'll probably slap my head and say "of course!" when somebody ID's him/them.

Synopsis
Uncle Alonzo stretches the truth to his nephew Bobby. Bobby's father's car breaks down taking Alonzo to a train station. They are rescued by a superhero, RD-119, who shrinks Alonzo, Bobby, Bobby's father and dog for a tour of the corroded inside of their car, the Sinclair refinery and the Sinclair Research Laboratories. They learn about the new gasoline additive RD-119 that prevents corrosion.
