This is a surprisingly good hardboiled detective story. Art by Sekowsky.

I feel Giacoia (and friends?) would be a good guess for the inker. Mike Sekowsky excelled at this kind of subject matter, and this is a handsome-looking book. A lot more interesting than the TV series (yes, I actually watched it).
