Phil catches up with Cara and says (a) he was talking to his mother, and (b) he’s really the son of the owner of the architecture firm, and took a false name so his work would get an impartial hearing. Phil and Cara kiss. |

Even when Jimmy rescues her from a street robbery, Joanie refuses to forgive him for his deception. On the return trip, Jimmy explains: he is learning the business from the bottom up, and he really loves Joanie. They reconcile. |
