Maybe it's the Gummies doing the talking but I found this to be a really enjoyable comic. It's Irrevent humor and zany artwork made me feel like I was reading an original comic book that was moving away from newspaper type funnies. The demeaning racial and ethnic stereotypes in this book are as demeaning as you can get.really ridculous dialogue and visuals but I think that's pretty much the way it was as we move closer to WW2 |
