| Synopsis | Tom is engaged to Phyllis but is sent to fight in Korea. One day, a Korean girl named Nona arrives to stay with Tom’s parents. Nona doesn’t speak English. Phyllis assumes Tom fell in love with Nona in Korea, so she begins a campaign to make the young woman feel unwanted. Finally Nona runs away. Tom arrives and tells Phyllis that Nona’s father saved his life in Korea but died as a result, and Tom promised to take care of Nona. Phyllis finds Nona and apologizes to her. Tom and Phyllis reconcile. |

Ralph, who wasn't cheating on her, turns out to be a decorated Korean War veteran and the whole town turns against Janet. She leaves town in disgrace. |
