She falls in love with wealthy Jay, which upsets Thora, old Mrs. Gage's granddaughter. Thora tries to frame Abby for attempted murder of old Mrs. Gage but Abby and Jay are too smart for her. Thora is also exposed as the accidental murderer of her grandfather, thus clearing Abby's late mother. Jay and Abby will wed. |
