NotesA compilation of weekly episodes from Adventure, 1931, of the origin and first adventure of Zero the Silent. A British costumed, masked mystery man who pre-dates The Phantom and Batman. Prose with illustrations. Thanks must go to hoover/bede, because without the staggering amount of scanning he does, this compilation would not exist.

It sounds intriguing! But when I open the download, there's no content inside the folder...

Jolly good fun! Thanks for posting it.

Interesting...I think that at first the author meant Zero's mask to cover his entire head rather than leaving the mouth and chin exposed. In the first chapter he writes that "the mask crinkled...Zero was smiling." But later when the Rattlers steal Zero's suit the author describes a "cowl...which covered half the face." Maybe the editor suggested changing the mask to match the title illustration.

Doc: I know. I was able to change .cbz to .rar, and extract from that a folder containing the individual pages. Select all pages and add them to a new .rar, then change that from .rar to .cbz and delet all the extraneous stuff.
