On sale date from the publication date found in the Catalog of Copyright Entries, Part 2, Periodicals, 1937, New Series, Volume 32, Number 3. Second class permit. Copyright number 343380. Submitted as "New Adventure Comics" and as issue number v2#5 to the Copyright Office.

The last known issue to appear the Catalog of Copyright Entries until after the Wheeler-Nicholson bankruptcy in 1938, indicating the series probably stopped being submitted for copyright registration by Wheeler-Nicholson after this issue.
