Submitted as "New Adventure Comics" and as issue number v2#5 to the Copyright Office. The last known issue to appear the Catalog of Copyright Entries until after the Wheeler-Nicholson bankruptcy in 1938, indicating the series probably stopped being submitted for copyright registration by Wheeler-Nicholson after this issue. |
