This cover is curious. Has nothing to dp with the interior but I wonder if Ditko was aware of it when he designed Dr. Strange?

The date of this issue is speculative (1958?) so I wonder if this was actually published much later and is a deliberate Dr. Strange rip-off. Seems MUCH too close to be a concidence.
A counter-argument would be that comics went to $0.12 in the USA in 1962 but Dr. Strange didn't appear until 1963 (unless IW continued sell comics for $0.10 after 1962).
