NotesThe first story, Ruthless Killer, is not an exact reprint, because of the way stories published by Fox always started inside the front cover. In the case of this story, the Fox's Western Killers #61 has a Billy the Kid splash inside the FC, and the name of the story is titled "Billy the Kid". The "reprint" by Star, Outlaws #10, doesn't have that splash page at all. Instead of the splash, there's an ad page inside the FC. Star added a banner with the new title "Ruthless Killer" at the top of page 1.
