NotesBy Harry E. Homan. Billy Make Believe is kin to Bobby Make-Believe in the fact that both strips revolve around the imaginative "make believe" adventures of their protagonists. Billy's tales seem to have a more traditional fantasy slant- It would be hard to top Frank King, but that takes nothing away from Homan's pleasant work on this strip.. Also included on these pages are Homan's How to Make It strips, which should appeal to you craftier readers out there. Enjoy. (from Barnacle Press)
