| First Line | It is the year 3000 A.D.! -- A group of inquisitive youngsters are wandering thru a huge museum's library when -- |
| Notes | This story is a spiritual sequel to the Federal Men story in New Adventure Comics #12, in which a scientist explained to Steve Carson and the Federal Men chief his prediction for how the Federal Men might fight crime in the year 3000. This story is presented as happening in the real world of the comic. This story also shows that bound volumes of New Adventure Comics exist in the 31st century, following up on a concept from previous stories that Carson's heroics are documented in an in-universe version of New Adventure Comics. The scene also name-checks other features including the Golden Dragon, Dale Daring, Sandor and the Lost Civilization and Captain Quick. The bottom 1/3 of the last page features an image of Carson and promotes membership in the Junior Federal Men Club, referencing the column on the next two pages. Carson appears only in this promotion, not the story. Zator Rog should not be confused with Zator, a similarly named ally of Dr. Occult, who first appeared in The Comics Magazine #1, also by Siegel and Shuster. |
