The third issue of the fanzine. Despite being closely involved in the writing and production of this effort, I couldn't find a copy. Finally, it turned up in a comic box. Rather crudely reproduced, it does carry some decent material and shows the interest there was in British and non-mainstream comics in Scotland at the time. My editorial contains a not very nice piece on the value of British priced Marvel comics against American priced issues. Reading it again, it appears somewhat naive and blinkered. At least Mr. Eisner seemed happy with my mention of The Spirit and The JD elevator story from a previous issue. Cover illo drawn by our friend, the late, sorely missed, Russell Aitken. I don't find your editorial particularly naive, but hey, we are always our own worst critics! As Fanzines of the era go, its actually quite impressive. And some of the articles ( eg the Deathlok one) are quite contempory. The whole thing is well worth reading. I can see why you've spend so much time tracking it down. A good addition to the site I think.
