| Really a lot of fun here, much more slapstick in nature and way less dialog driven humor than its sister publication, Archie. Almost as close to a vintage Mack Sennett silent comedy film short as a comic could come. Creative setups for elaborate visual gags and genuinely funny at times. Appealing characters resembling Archie and company, some period references to the war and overall nostalgia. Fun teenage hijinks with goofy laughs and timeless situations for milking humor. |
