Not a great scan but I'll take what I can get. I have a certain fondness for "Iger Shop" art and this issue is loaded with it.

Good 'ol Dan Garret, still a "rookie patrolman" after (at least) seven years on the beat. You'd think the guy would let himself get credit for a few criminal arrests once in a while, instead of always letting the credit go to Blue Beetle. But he can't -- a promotion would mean more responsibility, and less independence... *bad* for his alter ego. The beat cop day job seemed to be a good cover for super-heroing... independence and absolutely no oversight. How many other "rookie patrolmen" superheroes can you think of? There was at least Kip (Black Hood) Burland and Jim (the Guardian) Harper, but probably another dozen or so more obscure ones that escape my memory at the moment.
