| Edd Ashe on the first story. I believe "A Bitter Love" is that other Ed, Ed Robbins. Both men were capable artists but it looks like they put extra work into these stories. Nice stuff. "He is my Own" is of course Alden McWilliams. |

After several days, Myra tracks him down and George confesses he lost the money at the race track and doesn’t love Myra. Myra’s theft is discovered but her boss says he won't prosecute: “your own conscience will be a far worse prison than man could devise.” |
