| I don't understand this character. He seems unable to talk. Half of his thought balloons are in the strange lingo old-time comics used for comedy-relief immigrants. When an action becomes too complex the writer uses "talk to the reader" captions to explain what's happening. I gather Max is a spin-off from Joe Palooka, but who or what is he? A Dondi wannabe? Is he even human? Won't be reading any more of these. |

| At least the first story "The three little pigs" is interesting, the other stories are not my cup of tea either. The piggy on page 3, top left, reminds me of Oliver Hardy. ;-) |
