My German is rusty, but this is almost exactly what I think I would expect from a mid-50's East German comic- 20 Pfennig seems like a lot for a 8 page book at the time, and of course it would include a poor Mickey Mouse knockoff. A very odd, very interesting little book; thank you for sharing it!

I can totally agree with the comment from OtherEric.
The cover picture and the story with the mouse are obviously drawn by Juergen Kieser, who probably signed with JvK or JuK.
The Gulliver story will probably come from Karl Fischer, but I'm not sure about that.
