| Notes | January 22, 1942 - 400 dpi scan of a coverless copy. Front and back covers from Heritage. IFC recreated from other copies of the ad, overlaid on the existing fiche for reference. Coupon code confirmed from eBay photo. IBC restored from the existing scan by Hoover. Additional copies of the front cover from Heritage illustrating variants which had various copies of the "Mighty Midgets" glued to the front cover.
