This seems to be a reprint of the 1945 one-shot Kiddie Kepers published by 'Kiddie Kapers Co.'
   By Robb_K
Yes! It absolutely IS a reprint of the insides of "Kiddie Kapers 1, a 1945 joint venture between Robert Farrell's Four Star Publications and Al and Vince Fago's Fago Studios. Waldman probably bought the plates at the printer's warehouse going-out-of-business sale, and as was his modus operandi, didn't check to see if the copyrights had been renewed. Interesting that similar carpet-bagging operations, Green Publishing in 1957, and Norlen Publishing in 1959, both published the ill-fated "Kiddie Kapers2", which was ready to print, but cancelled when Al Fago backed out of his partnership with Farrell over the latter's handling of the company's proceeds. In addition, there seem to have been enough other Kiddie Kapers stories drawn up to fill a third finished book for that series, on pages laid out in the unique "Kiddie Kapers" layout style, using jagged-toothed dialogue balloon boundaries, and colour-filled balloons, which ended up being printed by hi-jackers Green and Norlen, as well as printed in Farrell reprint comics, and in later Charlton funny animal issues, when their original artist, al Fago, was chief editor at that company.
