NotesDue to World War II, Cuts was fortnightly by this point, and had incorporated Larks. Big-Hearted Martha's name was a pun on 'comedian' Arthur Askey's Big-Hearted Arthur schtick. From cover strip is by Arthur Martin; back cover by Bertie Brown.
