SynopsisIn the 23rd century a group of missionaries from Earth go to Venus to help spread peace, but are shocked to find the cities have been abandoned with no sign of life. There is plant life everywhere. Suddenly the plants move towards the humans. They are ultimately overwhelmed and killed. It's then revealed that the plants are intelligent and are missionaries from their own world. They tried to bring peace to Venus but their extended vines (handshake) was mistaken for aggression and they were attacked. They were forced to kill the Venusians in self defence, just as they did to the humans.
