There HAD to have been a more appropriate title for this book. I'm sure the victims pictured here were happy to be paid for their losses. But "laugh" at the disasters that caused them? A clerk is shot, a shopkeeper tortured, a storefront blown up, homes are trashed...there's even a bit of the Injury to the Eye Motif (our page 12). I'm more inclined to laugh at the comic than at the disasters. Artwork is beginner-level. With all the mayhem, imagine how Dan Barry would have handled this one!
