El Capitan Leon was a short adventure series published in 1948 by Editorial Marco (Barcelona). Signed "P. Ogag," it appears to have been drawn by prolific artist Manuel Gago Garcia.
Tebeosfera credits it to "Pedro Gago Garcia," about whom I found no information. However Manuel's brother Pablo and his brother-in-law Pedro Quesada are listed elsewhere as scriptwriters for Manuel.Perhaps this signature refers to all three of them. Manuel Gago Garcia is famous for creating the famous Spanish comics hero El Guerrero del Antifaz.
