I actually own a nice copy of this comic that I found between the middle pages of an old large size dictionary bought at a yard sale !
My favorite story is " No Saucers Here" ; reminded me a lot of early Stan Lee Atlas stuff.
Submit a name for a comet and win the first prize of a trip to Hollywood and meet the stars and visit the set of American International Pictures film "Off on a Comet". Contest deadline was December 31, 1961. Promotion mentions the Charlton comic adaptation of this movie, however, it was never published because the movie was never made.
