An uneven but often very funny book (and series). By far the highlights are 'Broadway Babes' and 'Moronica'. The Broadway Babes (Denise and are suprisingly endearing characters and they actually fit in well with the films of the early 50's such as 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes'. Moronica is simply a beautiful but empty head blonde but the art and sheer imagination of the story have real charm. The other stories are a bit of a mixed bag, with 'Man Hunting Minnie' for one not having aged well but what works really works. Well worth checking out.

Oof this book has not aged well.

Not bad! Denise & Dotty, along with Moronica, was quite good! The "Knothole" one was the weakest comic of the bunch, along with "Man-Huntin' Minnie."
