SynopsisJohnny, Beeswax and Suzie visit her Aunt Matilda, whose insurance company is being plagued by the arsonist Asbestoes and his gang. After an encounter on the train--which is resolved when Johnny changes into the Green Mask and saves his pals--the criminals later capture the three children and toss Beeswax and Suzie off a cliff into a river. Johnny becomes the Green Mask once more. He rescues Beeswax and Suzie, then defeats the gang.

SynopsisCuthbert is told to "take a rest" by his doctor, and milks this for all it's worth. While he's asleep, his wife's friends come to visit and pile their coats on top of him. Cuthbert tosses them out the window and they're taken by a hobo. This compels Cuthbert to rush out into the street in his pajamas, causes him to wind up in jail, incurs a hefty fee for cabs to drive the coat-less ladies home, and then he's required to return all of the garments to their owners.

Comic StoryAdventure in a Coma! (6 pages)
SynopsisStringbean convinces Rick to allow his girlfriend Hilda--who doubts Stringbean's stories of space adventures--to accompany them on a flight. Stringbean's inept piloting causes them to crashland on a planet of glass creatures led by Ilabo. Rick, Astra and Stringbean narrowly escape being sacrificed. They leave the planet and Hilda--who'd been knocked unconscious by the landing--wakes up and doesn't believe their story.

SynopsisOn Selura, Rocket is asked by the Wise One to investigate the "small, but evil planet" Elasticia. Sue stows away on the mission. On Elasticia, the king demands Rocket solve a flaw in the Elasticians' space ship, or Sue and Whacky will be given a "rubber bath." Rocket complies, and the invasion ship departs for Selura. Rocket has sabotaged the ship and it crashes into a volcano, killing all the Elasticians.

Judge Knowles is the next victim. The Puppeteer exposes watchman Tekk as Dirk Nexo, a man once sent to prison by the judge. With Raven's help, the Puppeteer captures the murderer.
