I hope the letterer on the "Mary Read" story got double pay. It's one of the most text-crazy stories I'vd ever seen. On the other hand, the artist got off easy. There wasn't room for him to do much drawing.

Speaking of lettering (like we did six years ago), blow me down if the lead story wasn't lettered by Wallace Wood. I swear he had nothing to do with the art, though. Just picking up a couple of extra bucks.
