I like the "Unknown Soldier " i.e "Mysterious Traveler" type spin on these war stories. This was a very enjoyable read for me that seemed to flow along with a nice perspective in the panels. The layouts were easy on eye movement and really helped the stories along. Russ Andrus' artwork was very nice ,clean and well thought out. I never get hung up on the lettering font and word balloons as this was so typical of Brand Eech comics like Charlton back then . Instead I rather enjoy that feature as it gave these comics their simple charm.
