SynopsisWhen Senator Bristol forces a "Youth Taining Bill" through Congress, children across the nation were herded into near slavery. Bristol then kidnapped the President and intended to assassinate his detractors in order to pass other Fascist laws. In time, they recruited Buddy and Uncle Sam was powerless to save him. Meantime, Bristol hired a sculptor to mold faces and create a duplicate of Uncle Sam and others, as he cried for war. But the nation was not ready, Uncle Sam freed himself, and rallied the country and military to end Bristol's fevered plans.

After completing these trials, Sam returns to America and its citizens embraced him again, which gave him the strength to overhtow their captors.
