The art of the "Three Handed Pickpocket" story is by Curt Swan, who later went on to draw Superman in his comic in the early 60s.

Well, I learn something new here everyday. The Art looks like it could be Curt Swan to me. I researched Charles Nicholas. Turns out the name was a house name, a pseudonym, originally created by the Eisner & Iger shop but also known to be used by the Fox Shop. There it was used primarily by Jack Kirby, Charles Nicholas Cuidera and Charles Nicholas Wojtkoski. Yeah, I know. Doesn't mean tho, that the name might not have also been used by other artists at other companies.
