...I have only read the first page , but I see (as I said , check Wikipedia for this trip's bizarre , from FDR to GW Bush's administrations , story .) that another character who should be spotlighted , The Great Gusto , appears on the first page . (The big-nosed Caucasian .)

The Eastern Color 1943-1945 ledger at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History in Hartford, Connecticut, Eastern Color Printing recorded its earnings and costs for issue #4 during October 1944 portion of the ledger. This makes it likely that issue #7, if keeping with a roughly quarterly schedule, was published around at the end of 1945 (Winter 1945) instead of 1943.
