Toni Gayle is back on the cover for a second time, but that's not the only change for this issue. Inspector Klooz and Dr. Doom are missing, and a new feature, Dr. Drew the Zoo Man makes an appearance. He's good with animals and has a wild jungle boy from Africa as a sidekick as he decides to help out his police detective friend on a puzzling extortion/murder case.
