In re the Yank Wilson story, your additional info says "Splash panel alleges New York City is destroyed... but no evidence of this in the story."
Guys, in the very next panel, the guy says you see how this model of New York reacts...
It's a little clumsy, but I think the story covers it... |

A little disappointed since the cover shows Samson fighting robots yet it doesn't happen in the comic. Turns out it will happen next issue but still, that's some false advertisement. |

Synopsis | A criminal scientist, dubbed the "Demon", creates a device which can destroy a coastal city with a tidal wave. Stardust arrives, and makes the "Demon" a victim of his own device before stopping the wave and saving the City. |
