Synopsis | Major Victory foils a plot to destroy a dam. The murderers of two guards there are caught and sentenced to death. But no sooner than this is done, the Boss, hired by an Asian power, recruits escaped prisoners to hijack American merchant ships carrying supplies to the Far East. |
