But when Edna tries to break up Johnny and Laura, Lewis sees it and realizes her scheme. Edna attends Johnny and Laura’s wedding and congratulates them sincerely. Lewis takes her back. |

Tom makes a deal so the workers will be paid fairly for their homes. Kathy and Tom will be married. |

Lucy and Ivan’s romance is strained by the competition. Lucy wins, then learns her scheming cousin Marta faked the whole “contest” to split up Lucy and Ivan. It doesn’t work: Lucy and Ivan will marry and run the nursery jointly. |
