Frank intends to swindle Phyllis's father of $5000, and when Frank is exposed by Bob, Phyllis realizes what a terrible mistake she was about to make. She drops Frank and keeps company with Bob. |

She and her friends fail a pop quiz, and they urge her to steal the tests from her father's office. She is caught. Gloria denies any involvement. Millie runs away, but Frank intercepts her at the train station and convinces her to bravely face the consequences of her act. |
