SynopsisA bear calls for a plumber to fix the leak in his basement. Short-Circuit, a robot plumber, is dispatched because of the wartime manpower shortage. However, the robot has all of the same failings as a human plumber (forgets his tools, takes a long lunch break, etc.). In the end, the bear fixes the leak using parts from Short-Circuit.
