I thought you had to make a man desire you to make him like you.” Mike has been listening: Drew is an old friend and they set this up to prove a point to Cora. Mike and Cora reconcile. |

Helen is unable to tolerate Mrs. Peters and goes home to her own mother, who admits that her marriage didn’t fail because of her mother-in-law, but because of her own immaturity. Helen reconciles with Brad and her mother becomes friends with Mrs. Peters. |
