The art on the Hammerhead Hawley strip in this issue is by Mike Roy. The signature on Page 31 of 70 is ROY, not R.H. Russ Heath's first artwork is in Captain Aero Comics v3#11 (#13, Jan 1944, Et-Es-Go).

NotesAccording to Peter Arndt in Alter Ego (TwoMorrows, 1999 series) #134 (July 2015), it's possible that Brodsky scripted and inked the story over Nicholas' pencils, or Nicholas did rough layouts with Brodsky finishing. It does seem likely, though, given the shared by-line and Sol's 1960s claim that he created the character, that Brodsky did more than just ink this story.
