The ledger also credited George Sakoske as doing the artwork for this story (by default, it has to be for this story, as the art for the other three-page stories has been previously identified), being paid $48.00 for the work. George Sakoske is the birth name of George Sekowsky. He is not credited by either name in the comic, only in the ledger.
