The Flame stories in Wonderworld Comics #22 (Feb 1941) & #23 (Mar 1941) are essentially the same story, The Lone Wolf escapes from the penitentiary, vows to kill the District Attorney and the Judge who put him behind bars. The Flame tracks him down. Oddly, the Lone Wolf survives in #23 but got incinerated in #22.
