A comparison to the covers for #s 378 and 400 (the later signed by McWilliams) shows clearly that this cover isn't Alden McWilliams' work. Neither are any of the rest of the series covers, even though the GCDB gives A McW a blanket credit for the entire run.

SynopsisA headstrong swashbuckler, Skip McKay, is in command of a spaceship of colonists bound for Jupiter's moon, Io. Capt. Strong and the cadets accompany them in a separate ship to see that the colony is set up according to law. The colonists make it to Io, but McKay discovers uranium there and causes trouble.
