Does the main character in that first story have a CHARLIE BROWN sweater on, in 1947? |

Feldstein did the cover for sure, but most of the interior looks like it was pencilled (at least) by Sam Singer. The sloping, sloppy compositions are his style. Feldstein's work was stiffer and more formal. |
