There are two stories signed by "Powell" (Bob, I presume), and I get the feeling the cover and other stories in this issue are also by Powell, but you'd have to ask the experts to be sure, I'm just going by what my gut tells me. My favorite story was "No Soup For Willie Quebec", the story being about a aging criminal and the "soup" being nitroglycerin. The ending was kind of predictable, but that sort of thing doesn't bother me as much as it does some people. This was a very nice book in a genre you don't see as much of nowadays, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a change of pace from the typical superhero fare. Enjoy!
