I like this artist's free, almost sketchy drawing style. Reminiscent of later Alfred Sindall. Does anyone know who it is?

[Silver Flash and His Frog-Men was created by Australian comic artist Virgil Gavan Reilly (1892-1974), and was published in Sydney by Invincible Press from 1950 to 1955. It is considered to be his best known comic book series. ]
