| Notes | A splendid long complete tale, dealing with the Schooldays in the Backwoods of Canada by Frank Richards. Another issue of the Popular boys' storypaper from the roaring Twenties. Don't know just how roaring they were for the schoolboys of the day, but the art of reading was then alive and well if the success of these papers was anything to judge by. No dvds, computer games or ipods were even dreamed of then...who's luckier I wonder? Then again, it is great to able to scan all that old paper. Ernesto | |||
