NotesOne of the many popular story papers and serials published for mass consumption in Briain from the late 1800's on. I come across one or two from time-to-time as they seemed to have got wide circulation in the Colonies as well. This is an issue (no.7) of Robin Hood, which was one of Aldine Publishing's popular digest-size papers-didn't contain any illustrations apart from the rather nice cover pics. No date on the issue, but almost certainly from the 1910's, in line with some of their other early publications. Very little seems to be known about this particular series it seems-couldn't really find anything on the net. Anybody who might help, please feel free. Ernesto

This would now appear to be from Aldine's third series of Robin Hood published in the mid-twenties. There were allegedly 88 issues. Still to be definitely proven.
