Synopsis | Music Master captures the Hunchback, who is revealed to be the Mad Fiddler. Wanting to relax, Wallace decides to take in a local carnival, only to be taken prisoner by one of the performers, the Human Battery, who has a vendetta against the circus owner because he hired acrobats that are taking away his glory. |

The closing illustrated panel tells readers that "The Child Prodigy" will join forces with the Music Master in his battle against the denizens of the underworld. |
