It's definitely NOT Greene, Peter. Hard to pin down exactly who it IS. If I HAD to guess, and it would be a guess, I would suggest a weak Paul Gustavson pencil job with solid Dick Beck inks. It would be near the end of Gustavson's comic career, and he really faded away, stylistically at the end, so I don't blame you if you can't see him - I'm not certain that I see him, either.
